Shirley Temple (Presley) Rich

     Shirley Temple (Presley) Rich, age 82 of Reedertown Road in Byrdstown, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021 at her residence.

     She was born Aug. 4, 1938 to Walter D. and Bessie Cambra (Cook) Presley. She was a member of the Moodyville Missionary Baptist Church, a retired Registered Nurse, a member of the DAR, member of the Byrdstown Eastern Star ,loved animals and was involved with the humane society.

     Shirley is survived by (1) Daughter: Barbara Jeanette Rich Hand and Husband: Steven; (1) Son: Anthony Odell Rich and Wife: Tammy; (1) Sister: Abbie Dee Cross; (6) Grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was  preceded in death by her Parents: Walter and Bessie Presley; Husband: Lonza Odell Rich.

     Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. from the Moodyville Missionary Baptist Church. Bro. Joel Chappell Jr. and Bro. Jeff Amonett will be officiating. Burial will be in the Story Cemetery.

     *The family will receive friends Friday, August 6 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Chapel*

     *The body will lie in state Saturday, August 7 from 8:00 A.M. until time of service at 10:00 A.M. at the Moodyville Missionary Baptist Church.*
