Nancy Jean (Clark) Carter, age 66 of Byrdstown, TN passed away Sunday May 21, 2023 at Livingston Regional Hospital.

She was born December 11, 1956 in Livingston, TN to Ina Agnes (Poore) Elliott. She was a homemaker.

Nancy is survived by (2) Sisters: Amy Burwell and Husband: Michael, Vickey Winemiller. Also survived by other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Mother: Ina Agnes Elliott.

The family has chosen cremation, and no memorial services have been planned at this time.
