Kathryn Ona Crockett

     Kathryn Ona Crockett, age 81, of Pickett Square Dr. in Byrdstown, TN, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born June 28, 1937 to Dennis Crockett & Flossie (Lowrey) Crockett. Kathryn was a garment factory worker, a cook at the Star Point Marina and Restaurant, and a farmer. She was also a member of the Eastern Star.

     She is survived by (1) Daughter: Melinee Green and Husband: Dana; (1) Son: Barry Jones; (5) Sisters: Ruby Storie, Connie Story and Husband: Gene; Nola Robinson and Husband: Bill, Gretta Marro and Husband: John, Dwan Cole and Husband: Johnny; (2) Brothers: David Crockett and Wife: Jonie, James "Jim" Crockett and Wife: Louene; (6)  Grandchildren; (9) Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

     Kathryn is preceded in death by her Parents: Dennis and Flossie Crockett; (1) Son: Edward Johnny Jones Jr.; (1) Grandchild: Jerimiah Jones.

     Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 15 at 11:00 A.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel. Bro. Rick Cross will be officiating and burial will be in the Beaty Cemetery.
