He was born January 15, 1959 in Brooklyn, NY to John Kelly and Marie (Kluefer) Kelly. He was a drywaller.
James is survived by his wife: Sandra Faye Kelly; (3) Daughters: Jennifer, Nicole and Ashley; (6) Grandchildren; (1) Sister: Ginger; (1) Brother: Gene Kelly. Also survived by other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Marie Kelly.
The family has chosen cremation, and there are no services planned at this time.
