Raymond Anthony Pawlikowski age 78 of Pickett Co. Care and Rehab in Byrdstown, passed away Wednesday Dec. 26, 2018 at Pickett Co. Care and Rehab.

He was born Aug. 30, 1939 in East Haven ,CT and was a truck driver, janitor and lived in Pickett Co. since July 2018.

Raymond is survived by his Wife: Carol (Sheehan) Pawlikowski; (1) Daughter: Monica Dana; (1) Son: Ted Pawlikowski and Wife: Julie.

The family has chosen Cremation with no memorial service planned at this time.
