Shawn Dale Baker

     Shawn Dale Baker age 45 of Brian Dr. in Cookeville, TN passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

     He was born March 18, 1971 in Jamestown, TN to Earnest "Dickie" Dale Baker and Linda Norene (Beaty) Baker. He attended the Apostolic Church in Albany, KY. 

     Shawn is survived by his Mother: Linda Wilmoth ; Grandmother: Dean Baker. Also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members and friends.     

     He was preceded in death by his Father: Earnest "Dickie" Dale Baker ; Grandparents:Willard and Nora Beaty , Euell Baker ; Step Father: J.C. Wilmoth.

     Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Gray and Bro. Bruce Argo. Cremation will follow. 

* The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 A.M. until service time at 1:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel *
