Velma Gail (Bilbrey) Gunter

     Velma Gail (Bilbrey) Gunter, age 66 of Moodyville Rd. in Byrdstown, TN passed away Monday, April 4, 2022 at her residence.

     She was born May 3, 1955 in Albany, KY to Joe Bob Bilbrey and Ada C. (Clark) Bilbrey. She was of the Baptist faith and a former garment factory employee. 

     Velma is survived by her Husband: Jerry Gunter; (1) Sister: Elaine Cross; (1) Brother: Bill Bilbrey and Wife: Linda; (4) Nieces: Tonya Sidock, Jennifer Cross, Billie Bilbrey and Megan Benton; (1) Nephew: Jeremy Cross. Also survived by great nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: Bob and Ada Bilbrey; (2) Brothers: Malcolm and Dwight Bilbrey. 

     Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross officiating. Burial will be in the Story Cemetery. 

     The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM
