Russell Walter Ortwine Jr. age 68 of Cosby Parris Road in Byrdstown, TN passed away Wednesday Dec. 25, 2019 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He was born Sept. 1, 1951 in Pontiac, MI to Russell Walter Ortwine and Neva (Perry) Ortwine . He was a carpenter and has lived in Byrdstown since 2006.

Russell is survived by his Wife: Cheryl Lynn (Drouin) Ortwine; (3) Daughters: Amy Perry, Krissy Elkins and Kelly Ortwine; (4) Sons: Jason Ortwine, Jeremy Ortwine, Dean Ortwine and Derrick Ortwine; Mother: Neva Noel; (2) Sisters: Pam Paternoster and Gail Pearson; (5) Brothers: Richard Ortwine, Gary Ortwine, Jim Ortwine, Terry Ortwine and Dave Ortwine; (15) Grandchildren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date in West Bloomfield, MI
