Ronnie Mikell Nevins

     Ronnie Mikell Nevins, also known as 'Major Ron Nevins', age 68 of Crossville, TN passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Cumberland Medical Center. 

     He was born April 1, 1955 in Livingston, TN to Bobby Nevins and Evelyn (Beaty) Nevins. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army National Guard.

     Ron was survived by his Wife: Beulah (Patrick) Nevins; (1) Son: Jordan Nevins; (2) Step-Sons: David Hutton and Tim Noble; (3) Grandchildren; (1) Brother: Donnie Nevins. Also survived by other family members and friends. 

     He was preceded in death by his Parents: Bob and Evelyn Nevins. 

     Funeral services were held Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 1:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Adam Hargis officiating. Burial was in the Davidson Cemetery. Military honors were provided by Hull York Chapter 5 DAV and American Legion Post #137.

     Byrdstown visitation:   The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel, Byrdstown, TN.
