Phyllis Dick Obituary

Phyllis Ann (Wassom) Dick, age 80 of Byrdstown, TN passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Livingston Regional Hospital.

She was born July 22, 1942 in Algood, TN to Freeman Wassom and Mary Gladys (Hunter) Wassom. She was of the Christian faith and a homemaker.

Phyllis is survived by Husband: Max Dale Dick; (3) Daughters: Kimberly Cook (Dan), Gina Neeley (Donald Query), Dalea Slonaker (Jeff Bogue); (6) Grandchildren and (9) Great-Grandchildren. Also survived by other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: Freeman and Gladys Wassom.

The family has chosen cremation and no services have been planned at this time.
