Louise (Williams) West

     Wilmirth Louise West, age 88, of Pall Mall, TN passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at Pickett Care and Rehab in Byrdstown after a long battle with dementia. She was born on January 21, 1936 to Arthur and Cora (Rains) Williams. Louise graduated from Pickett County High School in 1955, and married Junior West on May 19, 1956

     Louise was survived by her (2) sons: Kenny West and wife: Pauletta and Tim West and wife: Christy. (7) grandchildren: Jacob West (Omega), Erica Elder (Sam), Ashley Thompson (Andrew), Tyler West (Brittany), Brooklyn Wren (Graham), Kendra West, and Keeley West. (11) great grandchildren: Bryce, Gerrick, Jade, Colson, Sophie, Lydia, Emery, Hannah, Evelyn, Marlee and Quincie. Brother-in-law: James West and wife: Cheryl. Sister-in-law: Betty Sue Beaty and husband: Guy Dale. Also survived by nieces, nephews, church family, and a host of family and friends. 

     She was preceded in death by her husband: Junior West. parents: Arthur and Cora Williams. (3) brothers: Ray Williams (Ruby), Paul Williams (Clara), and Don Williams (Wilma). (2) sisters: Mossie Storie (Darwin) and Blanche Williams. 

     Funeral services were held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM from Williams Chapel Church with Bro. Andy Cope and Bro. Rick Cross officiating. The burial was in Williams Chapel Cemetery.

     Serving as pallbearers were Jacob West, Tyler West, Colson West, Bryce Dicken, Gerrick Dicken, Andrew Thompson and Sam Elder.

     Memorial contributions in memory of Louise, can be made to Williams Chapel Cemetery Fund. 

     The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel. The body will lie in state Friday from 8:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at Williams Chapel Church.

     Eastern Star service will be held Friday evening January 17 at 7:00  P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel
