Eron Keith Parrott, age 84 of Monroe, TN passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at his residence.
He was born August 16, 1939 in Wirmingham, TN to Hatton Edward Parrott and Pearl (Clark) Parrott. He was a member of First Christian Church Byrdstown, a retired U.S. Army veteran serving two tours in Vietnam, former U.S. Postal Service mail carrier, bus driver and a car salesman.
Keith was survived by his wife: Charlene "Tootie" (Guffey) Parrott; (2) sons: Travis Parrott and wife: Chrystal, Adam Parrott and wife: Jessica; (4) grandchildren: Montana Tuck, Adrianna Reagon, Dylan Parrott and Hatton Parrott; (5) great-grandchildren; (1) sister: Sue Ella Ford. Also survived by other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Hatton and Pearl Parrott; (1) brother: Edward Parrott; mother-in-law: Della Guffey.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Adam Parrott and Bro. Jim Thompson officiating. The burial was in Wirmingham Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Dylan Parrott, Tom Allen, Keith Esper, Billy Warden, Tommy Warden and Jordan Reagon.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions in memory of Keith can be made to Wirmingham Cemetery Fund or First Christian Church Byrdstown senior's fund.
