Joyce (Tompkins) Jolley

     Joyce L. (Tompkins) Jolley, age 94 of Jolley Rd. in Byrdstown, TN passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. 

     She was born September 26, 1927 in Detroit, MI to William Virgil Tompkins and Ella Mae (Fanson) Tompkins. She attended Bloomington Christian Church and was a former garment factory employee.

     Joyce is survived by (3) Sons: Larry Jolley and Wife: Jeanette, Mike Jolley and Wife: Jenny, Steve Jolley; (1) Brother: William "Bill" Tompkins; (3) Grandchildren: Sandy Shelton (Chris), Stacy McFall (Chris) and Shawna Collins (Dustin); (6) Great-Grandchildren: Casey, Christin, Caleb, Adam, Silas and Sadee. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. 

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: William and Ella Mae Tompkins; Husband: Rayzell Jolley; (1) Sister: Bobbie Kozloski.

     Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel. Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. Steve McClure will officiate, burial to follow in Vann's Branch Cemetery.

     The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel.
