Jack Wesley Crouch

     Jackie "Jack" Wesley Crouch, age 75 of Moodyville Road in Byrdstown, passed away Monday, Nov. 30, 2020 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.

     He was born Jan. 2, 1945 in Byrdstown, TN to Wesley and Wanda (Rich) Crouch. He was a Veteran serving the  Navy during Vietnam and was also a farmer.

     Jack is survived by (1) Daughter: Jacalyn Crouch; (1) Son: Joe Crouch; (3) Brothers: Jerry Crouch and Wife: Helen, Danny "Pete" Crouch and Wife: Linda and David Crouch; (2) Grandchildren: Brooke and Taylor Crouch; (2) Great Grandchildren: Madison and Wyatt Sellars. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his Parents: Wesley and Wanda Crouch; (1) Brother: James Crouch; his Companion: Debbie Cope.

     Memorial Service will be held Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Patrick Cope officiating.

     The family will receive friends at the Brown Funeral Chapel on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020 from 12:00 Noon until time of the service at 2:00 P.M.
