Isaak Nathaniel Koger

     Isaak Nathaniel Koger, age 27 of Byrdstown, TN passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025 in Jamestown, TN.

     He was born March 10, 1998 in Livingston, TN to Philip Koger and Carla (Slaven) Koger. He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a lineman.

     Isaak was survived by (1) daughter: Carlee Koger; parents: Philip and Carla Koger; (2) sisters: Kaylee Koger, Brittany Martinez (Lee); (1) brother: Isaiah Koger; grandparents: Mike Slaven (Sharon), Christy Reiter (Jim), Paul Koger (Brenda Murphy); great-grandparent: Bessie Matthews. Also survived by other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Jackie Slaven, great-grandparents: Carlos Manis, Glenn and Gladys Koger; Glen and Eula Dean Slaven, Robert and Mona Catron.

     Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Eric Thoman officiating. The burial was in Mt. Era Cemetery with military honors.      

     Serving as pallbearers were Logan South, Matt Ford, Joseph Conner, Eli Pryor, Steven Linder and Vincent Sloan.
