Illene (Moon) West

     Illene (Moon) West, age 85 of Jay West Rd. in Pall Mall, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at her residence.

     She was born March 4, 1937 in Faix, TN to William Spencer Moon and Bertha (Conatser) Moon. She was a member of Etter Baptist Church, was baptized in the Jordan River, a garment factory employee and a homemaker.

     Illene is survived by (1) Son: Stacy J. West; (3) Sisters: Betty Sue (Moon) Barton and Husband: John, Norma (Moon) Qualls and Husband: Doyle, and Cora Storie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.

     She was preceded in in death by her Parents: Spencer and Bertha Moon; Husband: Jay W. West; (7) Sisters: Vonnie Gibson, Nora Mullins, Dorothy Tompkins, Nell Beaty, Fonzie Tompkins, Bessie Garrett and Roxie Moon; (3) Brothers: Tommy Moon, Jay Moon and Willie Moon.

     Funeral services will be held Friday, March 18, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. from the Etter Baptist Church. Bro. Royce Huddleston, Bro. Eric Thoman, and Bro. Aaron Auiler will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Pritchard Cemetery.

     The family will receive friends at the Etter Baptist Church Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
