He was born July 1, 1948 in Dayton, OH to Herbert Samuel Freese and Evelyn E. (Price) Freese. He was a Veteran.and a retired General Motors employee as a cook.
Herbert is survived by (1) Sister: Karen Edmondson; (1) Nephew: R. Allen Brooks. He was preceded in death by his Parents:
