Gerald Wayne Storie

     Gerald Wayne Storie, age 75 of Rock Island and formerly of Byrdstown, TN passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 at his residence.

     He was born August 17, 1950 in Moodyville, TN to John Calvin Storie and Buleah Jean (Walker) Storie. He was a truck driver. 

     Gerald is survived by (3) daughters: Melissa Storie and loving son-in-law: Noah Krantz, Stacey Storie and Lisa Schott; (8) grandchildren: Josh Franklin, Jessica Franklin, Noah Blevins, Kameron Blevins, Liam May, Owen May, Jacob Hamblen, Aiden Beard; (1) great-grandchild: Liam Franklin; (2) sisters: Elonda Layne and Shirley Ferguson; (1) brother: Lonnie Storie. Also survived by other family members and friends: 

     He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Buleah Storie; (2) brothers: Robbie Lee Storie and James Wesley Storie; (1) grandchild: Jordyn Leigh Hamblen.

     The family has chosen cremation with memorial services on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Craig Waters officiating.

     The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 PM until the service at 2:00 PM.
