Eugene Means

     Floyd Eugene Means, age 95 of Byrdstown, TN passed away Monday, December 22, 2025 at Pickett Care and Rehabilitation Center. 

     He was born January 20, 1930 in Albany, KY to Richard Hoy 'Dick' Means and Virgie L. (Cross) Means. He was a member of Emmanuel Catholic Church in Albany, KY and a former factory employee at BorgWarner.

     Eugene was survived by his stepdaughter: Judy Gutierrez; (1) brother: Richard G. Means; niece: Deborah Kay Davis. Also survived by other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his parents: Richard and Virgie Means; his wife: Louise Means. 

     The family has chosen cremation. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
