Doris Virgie (Smith) Copeland

     Doris Virgie (Smith) Copeland age 83 of Nashville, TN and formerly of Byrdstown, TN passed away Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020 at Lebanon Rehab and Healing in Lebanon, TN.

     She was born April 21, 1936 in Byrdstown, TN to William Allard Smith and Edith (Robbins) Smith. She was a grocery store clerk and lived most of her life in Nashville. 

     Dorris is survived by (1) Daughter: Sharon Eads; (2) Sisters: Delta Smith and Diana Hummel; (1) Brother: David Allard Smith; Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: William Allard Smith and Edith Smith; Her Husband: Noel Copeland; (1) Brother: Donald Ray Smith.

     Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Dr. Adam Tune officiating. Burial will be in the Amonett Cemetery.

     The family of Mrs. Doris Copeland will receive friends on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel in Byrdstown.
