Dannie "Tucker" Glindall Cope

     Dannie Glindall Cope "Tucker", age 78, of Cove Creek Road in Byrdstown, TN passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019 at Pickett Co. Care and Rehab. He was born July 4, 1941 in Albany, KY to Stanley Cope and Ollie Mae (Walker) Cope. He was a member and deacon of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and was a retired employee with General Motors.

     "Tucker" is survived by (1) Daughter: Pamela Reeder; (1) Son: Dannie Cope Jr.; (1) Step Son: Charles Vincent and Wife: Sherry; (2) Sisters: Rita Pearl Graham and Letha Easterly; (3) Grandchildren: Josh Cope, Alician Cope, Christopher Reeder and Wife: Amy; (1) Great Grandchild: Charleston Reeder; (2) Step Grandchildren: Keith and Wife Nadine and Emily. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his Parents: Stanley Cope and Ollie Mae Cope; His First Wife: Alice (Huddleston) Cope; His Second Wife: Carol (Davidson) Cope; Son-In-Law: Terry Reeder; (5) Brothers: Noel Cope, Bill Cope, Grady Cope, Harlan "Doc" Cope and Printis Cope.

     Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Tim Beaty and Bro. Ed McCarty officiating. Burial will be in the Sylvester Robbins Cemetery.

     The family of Dannie "Tucker" Cope will receive friends on Friday Nov. 8, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Chapel.
