Claude Douglas Horn age 95 of Millers Mill Road in Byrdstown, passed away Thursday Aug. 13. 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

He was born July 5,1925 in Nashville, TN to Chas Bader Horn and Katie May (Foster) Horn. He was a retired Nashville Davidson Co. Fire Fighter and he was of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by his Wife: Lois Ann (Reagan) Horn. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his Parents: Chas Bader Horn and Katie May Horn; (1) Daughter: Geraldean McCormick; (2) Sisters and (2) Brothers.

The family has chosen cremation with a Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
