Charlie E. Roysden

     Charlie E. Roysden, age 81 of Pall Mall, TN passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at his residence. 

     He was born May 31, 1941 in Jamestown, TN to Luther Roysden and Martha Ann (Terry) Roysden. He attended Travisville Methodist Church, was a retired veteran serving in the U.S. Air Force and a former Veteran Services Officer in Fentress Co., TN. 

     Charlie was survived by his Wife: Phyllis (Beaty) Roysden; (3) Sisters: Ova Richards, Anne Wyatt and Husband: Hoss, Sue Hawkins and Husband: Michael; (1) Brother: Edmond Roysden; In-Laws: Lyllis Byrd and Husband: Danny, Larry Beaty and Wife: Odesia, Cheryl Beaty (Mark), Carol Beaty. 

     He was preceded in death by his Parents: A.H. and Martha Roysden; (3) Brothers: Luther, Delmer and Oliver Roysden; (5) Sisters: Dorothy Clemons, Mary Colyer, Evelyn Clements, Novella Ivie, Nora Cress; (1) Infant Sibling; Brother-In-Law: Doyle Beaty. 

     Funeral service were held Friday, September 9, 2022 at 1:00 PM from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Alan Dixon and Bro. Kenneth Clayton officiating. Burial was in Williams Chapel Cemetery with military honors provided by American Legion Post 137 - Jamestown, TN.

     Serving as pallbearers were: Danny Byrd, Larry Beaty, Tony Beaty, Brady Evans, Mark Beaty, David Richards, Jody Evans, Brad Smith, Matt Pugh and Tom Beaty.

     Serving as honorary pallbearers were: Bailey Evans, Lyza Smith, Owen Smith, Evann Knotts and Clark Pugh.
