Charles E. Smith

     Charles E. Smith, age 75, of Monroe, TN, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 10, 1943 in Pickett County to Ward and Beulah (Lacey) Smith. He was a member of the Oak Grove Church and worked in road construction.

     He is survived by his Wife: Joyce D. (Byrd) Smith; (2) Sons: Timmy Smith and Wife: Vicki , Tony Smith; Son-In-Law: T. Clark Miller ; (3) Grandchildren: Ashlei Stevens, Heather Smith, and Tyler Smith; (5) Great-Grandchildren; Special Niece: Patty Smith. Also survived by other family members and friends.

     Charles is preceded in death by his Parents: Ward and Beulah Smith; (3) Brothers: Harold, Arthur, and Eugene; (2) Sisters: Faye Parsons and June Dailey.

     Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. from Brown Funeral Chapel. Bro. Tim Beaty will be officiating with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
