Cathey Clark

     Cathey Tempy Clark, age 73 of Cookeville, TN passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

     She was born February 13, 1952 in Byrdstown, TN to James Redell Clark and Emma (Storie) Clark. She was a member of Jefferson Avenue Church of Christ, a book buyer and loved to travel. 

     Cathey was survived by (2) sisters: Roxie Stanley, Ruby Sells Colbert and husband: Bro. Henry; (3) brothers: Kelly Clark and wife: Janet, Kendall Clark and wife: Jane, Kenneth Clark and wife: Marty. Also survived by other family members and friends. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Emma Clark; (1) sister: Francie Holt; (3) brothers: Bransford, Ransome and Glenn Clark; infant twin brother and sister: Jarvis and Joyce Clark. 

     Funeral services were held Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 11:30 AM from Red Hill Church of Christ. The burial was in Clark Cemetery. 

     Serving as pallbearers were Robert Whitehouse, Chris Clark, Tyler Sells, Jackson Armes, Bryce Baker, JoDavid Fortner, Tyler Stanley and Brian Clark. 

     The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Red Hill Church of Christ and on Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until time of the service.

     Memorial donations in memory of Cathey Clark can be made to the Clark Cemetery Fund.
