Betty Lillian (Evans) Rich "Mimi"

     Betty Lillian (Evans) Rich "Mimi" age 82 of Somerset, KY and formerly of Byrdstown, passed away Friday July 17, 2020 at Pickett Co. Care and Rehab in Byrdstown.

     She was born Oct. 5, 1937 in Chanute, TN to Steve Evans and Ida (Evans) Evans. She was a grocery store owner and operator of Rich's Market, a member of the American Legion Post 38.

     Betty is survived by (1) Son: Gary Rich; (5) Grandchildren: John Rich (Gardina), Robert Rich, Sherry Thomason (Paul), George Rich and Roger Rich; (1) Great-Grandchild: Jessie Kidd; (3) Brothers: Jerry Evans, Carl Evans (Juanita), Fred Evans (Ruth). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: Steve and Ida Evans; Husband: Sheldon Rich; Son: Ricky Rich;  Daughter-In-Law: Carolyn Rich; Brothers: Walter Ray Evans, Otto Evans, Everett Evans, Clyde Evans, Jimmy Evans and Bob Evans; Sisters: Nancy Dennis, Margaret Harper.

     Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 21, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Robert Rich officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Era Cemetery.

     The family will receive friends on Monday July 20, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel.
