Betty Lee (McGinnis) Logan

     Betty Lee (McGinnis) Logan, age 60 of Byrdstown, TN passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at her residence.

     She was born February 13, 1964 in Albany, KY to Greely McGinnis and Mary (Dishman) McGinnis. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant. 

     Betty was survived by (2) daughters: Ashley Walton and husband: Jesse, Linda Hunter; (1) son: Bill Logan and wife: Rita; (8) grandchildren, (12) great-grandchildren and (1) great-great-grandchild; (5) sisters: Nancy Gray, Judy Catron, Annie Crabtree (Ronnie) Betsy Mullins (Kenny), Bonnie Brown (Ray); (4) brothers: Lonnie McGinnis (Maybelle), Stevie McGinnis (Georgia), James McGinnis (Rebecca), Jerry McGinnis (Sue). Also survived by other family members and friends. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents: Greely and Mary McGinnis; husband: Willie Gene Logan; (1) son-in-law: Danny Hunter; (1) sister: Connie Hancock; (2) brothers: Lenzie McGinnis and Jimmy McGinnis.

     Funeral services were held Monday, May 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross, Bro. Ethan Denney and Bro. Johnny Davis officiating. The burial was in Chanute-Campbell Cemetery.

     Serving as pallbearers were Bill Logan, Jesse Walton, Brad Logan, Brent Logan, Earnest Hunter, Lonnie McGinnis, Stevie McGinnis and Tony Dishman.

     The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel.
