Barbara Kay (Lee) Bilbrey

     Barbara Kay (Lee) Bilbrey, age 74 of Byrdstown, TN passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026 at her residence.

     She was born January 11, 1952 in Livingston, TN to Omer Lee and Bessie Mae (Booher) Lee. She was a garment factory employee. 

     Barbara was preceded in death by her parents: Omer and Bessie Lee; husband: Joe Bilbrey; (4) brothers: Hue Lee, John Lee (Betty), Delmer Lee (Betty Lou), Jimmy Lee (Juanita); (1) sister: Wyncie Shelley; (2) sister: Faye Manis (Bob), Betty Mae Flowers (Roy); brother-in-law: Johnnie Bilbrey; future son-in-law: Daniel Richardson. 

     Barbara is survived by (2) daughters: Amanda Hughes (Greg), Melissa Lee; (1) grandchild: Kaylee Hughes; (1) brother: Sam Lee (Peggy), sister-in-law: Judy Rector; brother-in-law: Donnie Shelley. Also survived by other family members and friends.

     Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM from Chanute-Campbell Cemetery. Bro. Donnie Shelley will be officiating, and the burial will be in Chanute- Campbell Cemetery.       

     There will be no visitation at the funeral home, please meet at the cemetery.
