Terry Edward Byrd

     Terry Edward Byrd, age 68 of Oak Grove Rd. in Monroe, TN passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at his residence.

     He was born March 24, 1950 in Byrdstown, TN to William Byrd and Dean (Wright) Byrd. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church, a factory worker and carpenter.

     Terry is survived by his Wife: Janice (Keel) Byrd ; (2) Sons: Bryan Varvel and Wife: Donna , Dustin Byrd ; (5) Sisters: Joyce Smith and Husband: Charles E. , Lisa Warden and Husband: Tommy, Polly Smith and Husband: Dwayne, Linda Hicks and Husband: Randall, Rita Bolejack and Husband: Mark ; (1) Brother: Johnny Byrd and Wife: Robbie ; (2) Grandchildren: Chelsea Gray and Jeremy Driver ; (2) Great Grandchildren: Everly Broadway and Miles Gray. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his Parents: William Byrd and Dean Byrd Groce ; (2) Brother: Jerry and Larry Byrd; (1) Sister: Judy Byrd

     Funeral services will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. from Oak Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Tim Beaty officiating. Cremation will follow after the funeral service.

Memorial contributions in memory of Terry Byrd can be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends Friday morning from 11:00 A.M. until service time at 1:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Baptist Church.
