Mary Ruth (Cope) Ferrell

     Mary Ruth (Cope) Ferrell age 82 of Bob Neal Lane in Byrdstown, Tennessee passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at her residence.  

     She was born May 16, 1935 in Pickett Co., TN to James Lloyd Cope and Ora Ina (Crouch) Cope. She was a farmer, factory employee and housewife.

     Ruth is survived by her Husband: Charles Ferrell ; (2) Daughters: Sue Davis and Husband: Scott , Teresa Bowden and Husband: Chad ; (1) Son: James Ferrell ; (2) Sisters: Martha Simmons and Husband: J.R. , Cue Storie and Husband: Delbert ; (1) Brother: Robert Cope and Wife: Marion ; (6) Grandchildren and (6) Great Grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: James and Ora Cope ; (2) Sisters: Bonnie Louise Cope and Bea Butler ; (3) Brothers: J.E. Cope , William "Bill" Cope and Curtis Cope.

     Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. Steve McClure officiating. Burial will be in the Lovelady-Sims Cemetery.

* The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel *
