Jacqueline Marie (Choate) Johnson

     Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie (Choate) Johnson age 58 of Templeton St. in Sparta, TN passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

      She was born April 22, 1960 in Dayton, OH to George Choate and Roberta (Stockstill) Choate. She was a homemaker and housewife.

      Jacqueline "Jackie" is survived by her Husband: Everette Eugene "Gene" Johnson ; (4) Daughters: Vickie Kelley, Lisa Leverett, Tiffany Johnson and Nikki Johnson ; (2) Sons: Brian Guthrie and Chris Johnson ; (1) Step-Son: Tony Johnson ; (3) Sisters: Debbie Ward, Bobbie McMurry and Kay Powell ; (3) Brothers: Tony Choate, Tim Choate and Jay Choate ; (15) Grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: George and Roberta Choate ; (1) Sister: Susan Story ; (1) Brother: Mike Choate.

     Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. from the Etter Baptist Church with Bro. Ken Collins officiating and burial in the Etter Cemetery.

* The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Chapel *

* The body will lie in state at Etter Baptist Church Wednesday morning from 8:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM*
