Harold Albert Kautz JR.

    Harold Albert Kautz Jr, age 89, of Eagles Nest Drive in Byrdstown, TN, passed away Tuesday February 26, 2019 at the Livingston Regional Hospital. Harold was born July 25, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio,  to the late Harold Albert Kautz Sr and Elizabeth Rose (Buhr) Kautz. He was a member of the Emmanuel Catholic Church in Albany KY, a Boy Scout Troop Leader for many years, and an honorable veteran of the “Korean Conflict”. He was a retired employee with Cincinnati Bell Telephone Co.

    Harold is survived by his Wife: Georgia (Martin) Kautz; (5) Daughters: Linda Osborne and husband Chuck; Pamela Bullock and husband Dave; Karen Schreyer and husband Hans; Beverly Hammock ; Rebbecca Thrasher and husband John; (2) Sons: Steven Kautz and wife Pam; Timothy Kautz and wife Kathy; (16) Grandchildren; (22) Great-Grandchildren; (2) Great-Great-Grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

   He is preceded in death by his Parents: Harold Albert Kautz Sr. and Elizabeth Kautz; First Wife of 56 Years: Betty Sue Kautz and (1) Brother: Larry Kautz.

   Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 1 at 10:30 A.M. from the Emmanuel Catholic Church in Albany, KY with Father Devassya Kanattu officiating. Burial will take place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH on Saturday, March 2, 2019.

    *The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Chapel.

    * The body will lie in state Friday morning from 9:30 AM. until service time at 10:30 AM at Emmanuel Catholic Church in Albany, KY.
