Porter Ray Griffin

     Porter Ray Griffin age 63 of Jones Chapel Rd. in Byrdstown, TN passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at his residence.

     He was born April 5, 1954 in Byrdstown, TN to Chester and Mary Bell (Fulton) Griffin. He was a member of the Smyrna Church.

     Porter is survived by (3) Sisters: Betty Jo Griffin (Bill Ray), Barbara Burnett (Mike Milliken), Kathy Menefee (Darrell); (2) Brothers: Thomas Griffin, Archie Griffin (Kay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his Parents: Chester and Mary Bell Griffin.

     Funeral Services will be held Sunday Jan. 7, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Tompkins officiating and burial to follow in the Tompkins Cemetery.

     The Family will receive friends at the Brown Funeral Chapel on Sunday Jan. 7 , 2018 from 11:00 A.M. until time of the service at 2:00 P.M.    

     Memorial Contributions in Memory of Porter Griffin may be made toward funeral expenses.
