Geraldine Dennis

     Geraldine Dennis age 78 of Oxford, AL and formerly of Pickett Co., TN passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at her residence.

     She was born March 30, 1938 in Byrdstown, TN to James Reuben Dennis and Sarah Leona (Cross) Dennis. She was a Goodwill employee. 

     Geraldine is survived by (1) Son: Kenny Dennis and Wife: Melinda ; (1) Sister: Betty Dillie ; (3) Brothers: Roy Dennis , Cleston Dennis and Danny Dennis ; (3) Grandchildren: Matt Dennis, Sarah Farque and Laura Wentzel ; (3) Great Grandchildren: Llana Farque , Dean Farque and Lillian Gilmore. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: James and Sarah Dennis ; (1) Sister: Polly Sells ; (2) Brothers: Floyd Dennis and Carson Dennis ; (1) Nephew: Jimmy Sells.

     Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross officiating and burial in the Amonett Cemetery.

* The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel *
