Frank Stephenson

     Rev. Frank Stephenson age 97 of Pickett County Care and Rehab in Byrdstown, TN passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 at the Pickett County Care and Rehab. 

     He was born July 22, 1919 in Miami, WV to Carter Cassem and Erma (Evans) Spradling. He was a retired minister and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Harriman, TN and a veteran serving in the U.S. Marines.

     Frank is survived by (2) Daughter: Cathy Mullins and Husband: John , Becky Matheny ; (2) Sons: Paul Stephenson and Wife: Sharon , Jim Stephenson and Wife: Debra ; (6) Grandchildren and (13) Great Grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     He was preceded in death by his Father: Carter Cassem ; Mother: Erma Spradling ; Wife: Margaret Kathleen Stephenson ; First Born Daughter: Rose Francis Stephenson; Son-In-Law: Donnie Matheny ; (1) Sister: Rena Spradling ; (4) Brothers: Russell Stephenson, Bill Spradling, Ken Spradling and Roy Spradling.

     Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. from the Byrdstown First Baptist Church with Bro. Ivan Raley and Bro. Jeff Amonett  officiating. Burial will be in the Beaty Cemetery.

* The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 3:00 P.M. until service time at 5:00 P.M. at the Byrdstown First Baptist Church *
