     Claudine (Holt) Dillon age 94 of Cordell Hull Memorial Dr. in Byrdstown, TN passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at her residence. 

     She was born February 1, 1923 in Pickett Co., TN to Alexander Holt and Bertha (Sells) Holt. She was a member of the Byrdstown First Christian Church and a retired state health department employee.

     Claudine is survived by (1) Son: Ronnie Dillon and Wife: Brenda ; (1) Sister: Dillie Peperides ; (1) Brother: Coolidge Holt ; (3) Grandchildren: Robin Dillon-Copeland and Husband: Pat , Lisa Beaty and Husband: Toby , Jamie Leigh Rash and Husband: Tyler ; (4) Great Grandchildren: Gabe, Jasper, Isabella and Eloise Beaty. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

     She was preceded in death by her Parents: Alexander and Bertha Holt ; Husband: James "Dick" Dillon ; (5) Sisters: Colean Cross, Elwanda Johnson, Modean Phillips, Izetta Holt and Ruby Maupin ; Grandson-In-Law: Jonathan David Cook. 

     Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 11, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. from the Byrdstown First Christian Church with Bro. Randy Tompkins and Bro. John Stone officiating. Burial will be in the Lovelady-Sims Cemetery.

 

* The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel 

* The body will lie in state at Byrdstown First Christian Church Sunday, June 11 from 12:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M.

* Family has requested donations be made to the Byrdstown First Christian Church or the Pickett Co. Library Fund.
