Blanche A. (Dowdy) Bilbrey

     Blanche (Dowdy) Bilbrey age 96 of Pickett Co. Care and Rehab in Byrdstown, TN  passed away Tuesday Dec. 5, 2017 at Pickett Co. Care and Rehab. 

     She was born Oct. 30, 1921 in Pickett Co.,TN to Rufus and Kizzie (Mullins) Dowdy. She was a member of the Byrdstown First Christian Church and a housewife.

     Blanche is survived by (2) Sons: Michael Bilbrey (Diane), Gary Bilbrey (Jacquelyn); (3) Grandchildren: Stephen Bilbrey, Chris Bilbrey and Jacqueline Hickey; (6) Great Grandchildren: A.C., Tyler, Grace, Alahna, Abbi and Zachary.

     She was preceded in death by: Her Parents: Rufus and Kizzie Dowdy; Husband: Ray Bilbrey; (1) Brother: Bethel Dowdy; (3) Sisters: Bonnie Huckeby, Beulah Pryor and Beatrice Sells.

     Funeral Services will be held Friday Dec. 8, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. John Stone officiating and burial in the Story Cemetery.

     Family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Brown Funeral Chapel.
